The Chureito (memorial pagoda) in the grounds is a five-story pagoda built in 1939 (the 14th year of Showa) to enshrine the spirits of the war dead, and today it is the symbol of Arakurayama Sengen Park together with Mt. Fuji.

In spring, you can enjoy the three-way combination of cherry blossoms, Mt. Fuji and the pagoda.
